Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, on-site leadership across assigned clinics with strong presence.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic performance, including patient flow and staffing coverage.
• Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to clinic leads and staff.
• Act as the point of escalation for patient concerns within the clinic.
• Partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities.
