Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving project management and customer coordination for strategic customers.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for tracking requests, managing pending issues, ensuring schedule adherence, and coordinating resources. The ideal candidate is a strong organizer and communicator who can bridge technical teams and customers, facilitate on-site support when needed, and continuously improve service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
  • Handle day-to-day RMA requests, shipping, and receiving activities
  • Support Field Engineers by reviewing end-of-day updates, processing RMAs, updating tickets accordingly, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Manage service tickets, respond to customer issues, and provide timely updates and communication to customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics and RMA activities
  • Track shipments to and from customers, ensuring timely returns and full visibility
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing parts while working to close open RMA issues
  • Manage timely RMA processing to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Regularly review, update, and reconcile logistics and inventory records
  • Physically inspect, sort, and resolve discrepancies for incoming items
  • Travel to customer sites (primarily out-of-state) for logistics and inventory support as needed (up to 25%)

Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
