Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Technology Engineering Manager to lead the Associate Productivity and Marketing Solutions (APMS) team and shape the future of the enterprise technology portfolio that enables associates to work, collaborate, communicate, and connect with customers more effectively. In this people leader role, you will develop a high-performing team, set platform and product direction, strengthen operational health and governance, and build strategic partnerships across business and technology. You will lead capabilities spanning Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration, SharePoint governance, associate-facing AI, and marketing technology, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities Include
Serve as the technology platform owner for the APMS portfolio, driving strategy, multi-year roadmaps, investment priorities, governance, lifecycle planning, and measurable business value.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead the strategy, governance, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and associate-facing AI capabilities, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, Copilot, ChatGPT, AI agents, and emerging workplace technologies.
Partner with Enterprise Marketing to deliver technology capabilities that support marketing strategies, campaigns, communications, and workflows, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related solutions.
Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams, including Enterprise Marketing, AI CoE, AI Innovation Corner, REO Engineering and Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other key stakeholders.
Provide financial, vendor, and workforce leadership, overseeing technology investments, forecasts, licensing, vendor relationships, workforce capacity, and capability planning.
Advance product management and agile practices while managing technology, security, operational, vendor, and delivery risks to ensure successful execution and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others through coaching, mentoring, peer leadership, onboarding support, work direction, or enabling team success. Formal people-management experience is helpful but not required.
Experience leading technology products, platforms, services, or solution portfolios with accountability for strategy, delivery, operational health, governance, and continuous improvement.
Ability to translate enterprise and business strategies into technology priorities, multi-year roadmaps, investment recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence and align business stakeholders and technology partners through change.
Experience providing team, product, delivery, or operational leadership in an agile, iterative, or structured work-management environment.
Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and related cloud-based capabilities.
Knowledge of enterprise AI and associate productivity technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI agents, and emerging AI-enabled workplace capabilities.
Experience managing technology vendors, software licensing, contracts, or third-party technology services.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$110,200.00 - $203,500.00
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
