This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who's curious about product development, AI applications, and how systems work together.

What will you do?
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of Agentic AI solutions by collaborating with stakeholders across digital and data teams to define user workflows, capture requirements, and document solution designs for AI agents serving internal users throughout the organization.
  • Join discovery interviews, workshops, solutioning sessions, and agile rituals as an active observer, capturing detailed notes and outcomes that help Product Managers and stakeholders stay aligned.
  • Document agentic AI workflows and user journeys in Confluence using team templates, outlining how AI agents will interact with users, what tasks they'll automate, and how they integrate into existing business processes across different teams.
  • Support continuous discovery for AI agent capabilities by tracking how user feedback and priorities evolve overtime across initiatives and identifying new opportunities for intelligent automation across the organization.
  • Build and maintain internal dashboards, reports, and status updates that provide visibility into team progress, initiatives, health and cross-squad activity.
  • Contribute to leadership communications by helping summarize what's happening across the Data and AI organization.
  • Increase our product analytics capacity by collecting and analyzing data to measure the outcome of our products and initiatives and understand our users better.
  • Maintain the team's shared knowledge platform, keeping Confluence pages, JIRA boards, and product artifacts organized, current, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine templates, documentation, practices, and internal standards.

  • Ability to work in ambiguity: comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where information is incomplete or evolving.
  • System-thinking: interest in understanding how things connect across people, data, tools and processes.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn by doing and through collaboration.

Nice to have
