About the role - you will:

As an Associate Product Roadmap Analyst, you will support the development of future roadmap processes, requirements management frameworks, and Voice of Customer systems. You will help modernize how market requirements are captured, analyzed, shared, and translated into product decisions through the use of AI, automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for capturing and managing market requirements.
  • Support creation and maintenance of Framework Market Requirements (FMRs) and customer insight repositories.
  • Design automated methods to collect and organize customer requirements from meetings, presentations, support interactions, customer workshops, engineering engagements, and other data sources.
  • Explore AI-based approaches to extract requirements and key themes from transcripts, documents, log files, support data, and unstructured customer feedback.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that identify customer priorities, emerging trends, and roadmap opportunities.
  • Improve traceability between customer requirements, business priorities, and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Roadmap, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to improve information sharing and decision making.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the quality of roadmap inputs.
  • Support strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and customer-facing engagements through data-driven insights and analysis.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation through academic projects, internships, or work experience.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, AI tools, or workflow management platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working with large datasets, unstructured information, or customer research is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $72,571 - $109,893. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
