Full Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career technical product professional who is passionate about solving problems, improving operational efficiency, and building technology that helps Vivrelle scale.

Reporting to the Director, Product, you'll help shape and execute the roadmap for the products that power Vivrelle's business, from inventory management and logistics to customer experience, merchandising, authentication, and internal operations. You'll own features from discovery through launch, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and support strategic initiatives across the company.

What You'll Do

- Own the planning and execution of product features from discovery through launch, including writing user stories, defining requirements, and coordinating releases.

- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Customer Experience, Merchandising, Logistics, and Engineering to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, user value, and engineering effort.

- Coordinate feature development, testing, and product launches with Engineering, QA and Design teams.

- Own Product analytics by defining success metrics, building and maintaining dashboards, monitoring feature adoption and operational KPIs, and using data to inform roadmap decisions and measure business impact.

- Analyze user feedback, operational workflows, and product performance to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and new product initiatives.

- Investigate product issues and bugs, partnering with Engineering to prioritize and resolve them efficiently.

- Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, process flows, and internal training materials.

- Support strategic cross-functional initiatives and special projects led by the Director of Product.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day product management workflows.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Project Management, or a related role.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to solve problems and inform product decisions.

- Experience building reports, dashboards, or working with analytics tools.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.

- Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn in a high-growth startup environment.

Work Environment
