Full Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of knee reconstruction in the US market? As the U.S. Knee Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustained revenue growth across a high impact portfolio that includes unicondylar knee implants, revision knee implants, and bone cement. This is a highly visible downstream marketing role where strategy meets execution, and where your work will directly influence adoption, performance, and customer success. The role is based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA. What will you be doing? • Leading downstream marketing strategy and tactical execution for the U.S. knee portfolio to drive growth and market adoption • Developing and executing go to market plans across promotion, medical education, digital marketing, channel readiness, and inventory planning • Partnering closely with Sales to support product and procedural execution in both field and corporate settings • Owning assigned products and product lines across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities and business needs • Collaborating with Global Marketing, Sales Leadership, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and Sales Training to enable strong commercial execution • Providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and business updates through regular business reviews • Supporting industry education programs, customer meetings and labs, national sales meetings, and other strategic events • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and cross functional partners What will you need to be successful? • 3 or more years of marketing/sale/clinical experience within reconstructive orthopaedics, with knee implants, revision systems, bone cement, or adjacent categories preferred • Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and go to market strategies for implantable medical devices preferred • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate business needs and market dynamics • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with urgency in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills within a matrix organization • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent You.
