Full Job Description
As Associate Product Marketing Manager you will help shape and execute the national strategy for the Surgical portfolio in Canada. This broad, highly collaborative role combines product marketing, market development strategy, launch and demand planning, clinical and scientific expertise, professional education, surgeon engagement, field support, strategic account development and cross-functional coordination.

How you'll make an impact:
• Shape strategy and portfolio growth: Support national marketing strategies, annual operating plans, portfolio positioning, product launches, demand forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Generate market insight: Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, competitors, clinical evidence, guidelines, and emerging data to inform priorities and decisions.
• Translate evidence into value: Convert complex clinical and scientific information into clear positioning, customer-ready messaging, training materials, and field resources.
• Lead surgical skills lab programs: Plan and execute hands-on surgical education programs in collaboration with the field team and surgeon faculty. Ensure flawless delivery of surgical skills labs, logistics, equipment management, and participant experience to strengthen procedural skills and support the development of surgeons, fellows, and residents across Canada.
• Advance professional education & customer engagement: Plan and support surgeon education, simulation-based training, skills labs, faculty programs, and resident and fellow development.
• Collaborate with surgeons, key opinion leaders, hospitals, academic programs, and professional societies to advance education and strategic priorities.
• Enable commercial execution: Equip sales and clinical teams with effective tools and support strategic account plans, RFPs, procurement activities, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality programs: Coordinate content localization and MLR review, and support regional events and the Surgical business presence at national congresses. Manage conference logistics, booth assets, vendor relationships and post-event evaluation.
• Lead across the matrix: Align Marketing, Clinical, Professional Education, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, and global partners to execute key initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, clinical education, sales enablement, or a related medical technology or healthcare environment.
• Ability to understand clinical evidence and communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong project management, planning, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgement, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with digital content, CRM, analytics, or commercial enablement tools is an asset.
• Ability to travel within Canada as business and customer needs require.

For Canada, the base pay range for this position is 76 000 $ - 108 000 $ (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
