Full Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Associate Product Manager, IT will join a team of high performing and collaborative professionals, working closely together on the development and execution of Brookfield Renewable's growth strategies in North America. The Associate Product Manager, IT role will be responsible for identifying and supporting of a variety of process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives with business groups. They will need to work with teams across internal business units to diligence opportunities, develop business cases and complete projects in parallel to ensuring that the value drivers in the business cases are realized.

The Associate Product Manager, IT has accountability for identifying ways to drive additional value from the platforms which includes strategy development and the implementation of the solution and support model. This position will work closely with internal customers and external vendors to ensure the platforms are satisfying the business' needs; this could include day-to-day support, developing and managing product roadmaps and enhancements, and managing third party providers relevant to products in scope.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the lifecycle of assigned business applications (Salesforce, Sirion Labs), ensuring product health, vendor management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide a supporting role for Workday by partnering with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with the application owner for delivery.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on new responsibilities as business needs shift.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, driving cost savings, efficiency, and business transformation.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, outcomes, and ensure technology supports current and future digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work with leadership to prioritize initiatives and develop business cases to justify projects.
  • Lead multiple projects in parallel, managing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
  • Must be self-driven and lead through influence with the ability to simplify complex problems, advocate for solutions, and speak their opinion.
  • Promote the adoption of AI tools across the organization by promoting awareness, engagement, and practical usage.
  • Collaborate with other product managers and technology owners to assess where and how AI capabilities should be leveraged across business platforms, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in technology product management
  • Experience leading medium to large projects, possessing a well-rounded technical background.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Sirion (CLM), Workday (HRIS) or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS tools, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven experience writing and delivering presentations
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
