Collective Health's mission is to transform people's healthcare experience from confusing and complicated to empowering and trustworthy. Our goal is to provide the most configurable, reliable, and easy to use benefits administration experience for our customers. As part of our TPA business, our product team is building scalable data and analytics solutions that enable payers, providers, employers, and members to access reliable insights and take action with confidence.

  • Translate business, compliance, and operational needs into clear data product requirements.
  • Write user stories, manage Jira boards, and drive Agile ceremonies for data initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
  • Support dashboard and metric development to monitor claims, eligibility, and operational performance.
  • Manage backlog and delivery of analytics and data integration features.
  • Conduct light data exploration (SQL/BI tools) to support product decisions.
  • Document workflows, requirements, and data dictionaries for clarity and scale.
  • Triage and escalate data quality or pipeline issues with engineering partners.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Must be located near one of our offices in San Francisco CA, Plano TX, or Lehi UT.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data, healthcare, or technology-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product or analytics in healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile product delivery and Jira.
  • Exposure to SQL, data pipelines, or BI/analytics platforms (Looker, Sigma, Tableau, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions
  • Strong communication skills; able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Growth mindset - eager to deepen expertise in healthcare data, claims, and eligibility.
