As an Associate Product Manager, you'll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by:

The RHT franchise is anchored by Restrata® Electrospun Fiber Matrix, a regenerative wound care solution designed to support soft tissue healing. Restrata became part of Solventum's portfolio through the acquisition of Acera Surgical in December 2025.

The APM will execute product and program launch activities, including the development of launch materials, communications, and training programs, while gaining hands-on experience throughout the product development and commercialization process. This role will also support the coordination of project deliverables across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to the successful development and launch of innovative wound care solutions.

  • Become a product expert in soft tissue healing and effectively articulate the features and benefits of Restrata to healthcare professionals and sales representatives.
  • Understand, manage, and develop programs for assigned surgical specialties, including the overall clinical landscape and strategic positioning of Solventum products within each specialty.
  • Build, maintain, and support relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in assigned specialties.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate customer-facing teams on product offerings, ensuring a deep understanding across the organization. Provide technical support for RHT products as needed.
  • Regularly participate in surgeon visits, conferences, and trade shows to represent Solventum and gather voice-of-customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop product collateral, including case studies, brochures, website content, and videos.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product specifications and market launches, contributing strategic insights to support business growth.
  • Conduct customer research through surveys, focus groups, and field visits to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, providing actionable intelligence to support product development and market positioning.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management within healthcare, medical devices, or other FDA-regulated industries.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • MBA degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Knowledge and experience in advanced wound care or orthopedic, plastic reconstruction, vascular markets and therapies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions
  • Ability to thrive in action oriented high accountability environment.
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally that deliver results.

Travel: May include up to 30-40% predominantly domestic travel (international travel on occasion)

Pay Transparency

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
