Overview

Come join Esri's Product Management Division and provide vital communication and enablement support across the team. in this role, you will coordinate and facilitate communications to internal audiences, maintaining an authoritative location for internal content. You will also collaborate with other business units to design effective and timely communication. This position provides the opportunity to work directly with our product teams and be responsible for executing events strategies, tactical plans, and release readiness. Responsibilities
  • Draft and publish relevant content on the corporate intranet site and Microsoft Teams; support internal campaigns by creating strong visual content
  • Help ensure communication materials effectively capture key messages, including the organization's business objectives, values, mission, and priorities
  • Coordinate internal division events, including interdepartmental briefings and quarterly department meetings
  • Support prep for major conferences by communicating timeline, collecting and storing deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with business unit/functional area and other communication staff in the completion of projects from initial concept to distribution/posting
  • Adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Track metrics to ensure the usage and effectiveness of communications channels
  • Manage a heavy workload, prioritize what is important, and stay cool under pressure
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Build relationships cross-functionally and collaborate well across a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Operate as an excellent verbal communicator with strong written skills and thorough attention to detail

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working in marketing, user experience, program management, or event coordination; ideally within a technology company
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Self-starter capability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and customers to meet targeted objectives
  • Ability to support and manage multiple engagements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
