Our Macquarie Asset Management Private Credit team invests in real estate debt and other private credit assets for institutional clients. In this role, you join a global, high-performing team that combines deep sector experience with a flexible approach to investment.

In this role, you will work as an Associate in our New York team and support the growth of our Private Credit platform, focused on real estate credit. You will contribute to sourcing, assessing, and executing new investment opportunities. You will support the management of existing portfolio assets and respond to ongoing borrower requests. Your work helps shape investment decisions and supports our clients and investment committees.
Salary range for this position: $165,000 - 235,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. - Experience in real estate private credit, or a similar credit focused role. Having done credit research and analysis, including writing investment papers and presentations
- You bring strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach that supports high quality investment outcomes.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including building models and running sensitivities
- Understanding of commercial contracts, financial statements, corporate finance, or loan documentation
- A completed university degree with strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
