Position Summary
The Senior Product Manager Content Data Intelligence will lead the strategy roadmap and delivery of GMS content enrichment and AIready metadata capabilities
The role will focus on building scalable metadata taxonomy vectorization knowledge graph and content intelligence services that support semantic search AI licensing contextual advertising rights management and multimodal content discovery across text image audio and video assets
This role reports to the Director of Global Media Services and works closely with engineering AIML publishing platform video editorial advertising and rights management teams across News Corp
Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and delivery of GMS Content Enrichment and Content Intelligence capabilities
Define global metadata taxonomy rights and multimodal content standards across text image audio and video
Lead initiatives supporting AI enrichment vectorization semantic search knowledge graph and multimodal discovery capabilities
Drive implementation of global IAB advertising taxonomy and metadata governance standards
Partner with engineering and AI teams on enrichment pipelines embeddings OCR transcription and metadata extraction workflows
Define rights metadata and rights cache capabilities supporting internal search and syndication
Coordinate crossfunctional delivery across platform engineering AIML publishing editorial advertising and rights stakeholders
Ability to define and read OpenAPISwagger specifications You must know how to call endpoints define request payloads structure JSON responses and anticipate error codes
Ability to define business rules for API Usage Plans setting limits on RPS and monthly quotas
Work closely with the Senior Product Manager responsible for Search Distribution to align enrichment metadata and discovery capabilities across the broader GMS platform
Align product strategy with enterprise publishing architecture API strategy and global platform standards
Define KPIs business outcomes and product priorities supporting licensing search advertising and AI initiatives
Responsible for managing the content enrichment backlog leading refinement prioritization sessions and ensuring transparency

Partners closely with the Senior Director of Video Global Technology on video and audio initiatives
Partners closely with the Head of Architecture Publishing Platforms to align with enterprise publishing architecture and API strategy
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs and platform design decisions
Partners closely with the VP of Tech Operations to support broader program risk management consistent BU and executive communications and project delivery management
Required Skills Experience
7 years experience in Technical product management platform delivery or content data technology
Experience delivering metadata taxonomy search AI or content intelligence platforms
Strong understanding of APIs distributed systems cloud platforms and data pipelines
Familiarity with semantic search vector databases embeddings and multimodal AI
Experience working with CMS publishing media asset management or content platforms
Strong stakeholder management communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Experience working in agile product and engineering environments
Media publishing advertising technology or AI platform experience preferred
