Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• PE license required
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in people management
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability in managing engineering teams
• Strong public speaking ability

Responsibilities

• Provide design and engineering support across departments
• Manage conceptual design and prepare preliminary design layouts
• Perform complex project calculations, including heating and cooling loads
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with construction documents
• Attend project team meetings as the design expert
• Achieve project goals and objectives successfully
• Manage and mentor a smaller group of engineers
