Job DescriptionQualifications & Experience- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management with complete ownership of project delivery
- Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, with a solid grasp of Agile frameworks, metrics, and best practices
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and leading technology-driven business transformation initiatives
- Strong background in project planning, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications
Key Responsibilities- Lead all critical facets of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risk, and communication
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms
- Monitor project health using Agile metrics; identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage interdependencies across teams, ensuring alignment and maintaining the critical path for successful delivery
Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
