  • Experience as a Product Owner - EST Time zone
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Convert business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
  • Own and manage the product backlog.
  • Groom, refine, and prioritize backlog items for upcoming sprints.
  • Ensure stories are ready for development with complete details and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with developers, admins, architects, and QA teams.
  • Clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure technical teams have a clear understanding of business expectations.
  • Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Validate completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and business needs.
