Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide benefits and HR-related services by working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver Health & Welfare (H&W) projects to a complex client base
  • Support client deliverables in benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, compliance and other related requests
  • Build and manage internal and client relationships, technical depth and breadth in your areas of proficiency
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagement by supporting management with compliance, billing, collections and budgeting
  • Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality benefits service and recommendations, providing technical support to management
  • Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Additional Responsibility for Senior Associate:
  • Provide project management support, including coordinating work with staff in other US KPMG offices and practices and outside the US and internal compliance procedures


Qualifications:
