Associate or Experienced Purchase Agent
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
- Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
- Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
- Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
- Measures key performance indicators
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Prepares reports
- Reviews procurement/planning systems
- Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
- Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements
- Communicates project objectives and activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite
- 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience and knowledge of SAP
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher

Summary pay range (Associate): $74,800.00 - $101,200.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $94,305.00 - $127,650.00
