Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin)
Position Responsibilities:- Place, track, and update purchase orders; coordinate order changes and cancellations as required to support AOG timelines.
- Maintain accurate status updates for all AOG cases in the SAP/CRM system and provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
- Provide clear communication to internal teams.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 1+ years of SAP experience
- 1+ years of Supplier Management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience creating and managing purchase orders, supplier sourcing, negotiation, and managing expedited/urgent shipments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $62,000 - $105,600
Level 3: $78,000 - $133,200
