The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires an understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works with clinicians to ensure patient outcomes.

- Management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
- Experience with healthcare regulations, compliance, and managed care.
- Experience with EMR systems, DataHub, NPS, and other relevant software tools.
- We consider this job patient facing and Humana includes it in its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We will require candidates selected for this job to screen for TB.
- Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.
- Must have a valid driver's license as there will be travel between centers.
- IPAs, community organizations, and other health plan staff.
- Candidates selected for this job will require adherence to Humana's flu vaccine policy.
Other Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree preferably in Business administration Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of Healthcare
- 5 years Management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
- Basic knowledge of Population Health and how it comes to life in a global risk primary care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare and Risk model
- Experience managing a budget of $1M+
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
