What you'll do: - Support merchants in supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
- Assist in resolving supplier issues and facilitate new supplier setups for stores and online.
- Own execution of customer communication and education programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of product page content, adhering to taxonomy and search guidelines.
- Analyze category performance data to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Contribute to feature and promotional planning across stores and online channels.
- Collaborate on modular assortment implementation and inventory management decisions.
- Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights and support business solutions.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within retail or e-commerce environments.
- Strong skills in category strategy development, product assortment, and modular assortment execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to build partnerships and resolve supplier or category issues.
- Knowledge of e-commerce management and item setup processes to ensure accurate product information and customer experience.
- Ability to apply business strategies aligned with organizational goals and maintain compliance with company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
