The (USA) Associate Merchant supports category management by facilitating supplier negotiations, managing purchase orders, and resolving supplier issues to ensure accurate product setup across channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute customer communication programs, optimize search results, and implement promotional features. Utilizing data analysis and financial tracking, the Associate Merchant contributes to forecasting and budgeting efforts while supporting modular assortment strategies. The position requires strong vendor relationship management and a commitment to operational excellence, aligning business objectives with customer-focused solutions to drive category performance and enhance the overall shopping experience.

The team leads merchandising and purchasing for RV accessories and automotive coolant, focusing on category strategy and financial management to meet business goals. They collaborate across functions to optimize supplier relationships, pricing, and inventory decisions. Using data-driven insights and customer-focused approaches, the team supports strategic initiatives and promotional execution. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
