Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking an Associate Medical Director to join on of our growing team in the United States. In this role, you will act as a scientific and content lead across one or more client accounts, delivering strategically aligned publications that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and impact.
You will combine hands-on scientific content development with strategic advisory responsibilities, supporting publication planning and delivering a range of oncology-focused outputs (eg, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress deliverables, and associated materials).

We are looking for an Associate Medical Director who has:- strong scientific credentials (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- substantial experience in medical communications publications, including publication strategy and development
- confidence partnering with clients and advising senior stakeholders
- excellent scientific writing and review skills, with strong attention to detail and quality standards
- proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others (informal or formal line management experience)
- strong organisational skills and commercial awareness, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- a collaborative approach and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
