About The Role:As the
Associate Marketing Manager,Innovation at
Feastables, you will play a key role in driving execution across new product development initiatives. You will support the Innovation Manager by owning critical workstreams across active product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination stay on track.
This role is focused on the operational execution of bringing new products to market. You will work closely with teams across brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that innovation projects are delivered accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing:- Own day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams across innovation projects
- Build and maintain detailed project trackers and timelines
- Coordinate inputs and deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales
- Support packaging development including revisions, approvals, and production readiness
- Assist in claims development and validation with R&D and regulatory partners
- Support retailer sell-in readiness through accurate product information and timelines
- Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating proactively
- Ensure all commercialization documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time
- Maintain organized documentation and communication across all projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and execution efficiency
Recipe for Success:- 2-3 years of experience in CPG marketing, innovation, or product development
- Experience supporting product launches with clear ownership of a workstream
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
- Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation

For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $90,000-$114,000.
