Meet the team:

Dexcom is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager to join our North America Digital Experience team. This role supports project management, optimization, and execution of digital customer experiences on Dexcom.com in the US and Canada that help connect people with Dexcom products, services, and resources.

The ideal candidate combines digital marketing experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This person will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Analytics, CRM, and external partners to support lead-generation marketing programs, customer journeys, website enhancements, and marketing technology initiatives.

Where you come in:
  • You will support and optimize digital customer acquisition and engagement initiatives across Dexcom.com, helping to improve lead generation performance and customer experience.
  • You will partner with stakeholders across Creative, Brand, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to gather business requirements and ensure digital solutions align with strategic objectives.
  • You will monitor website lead generation performance, customer journeys, and webform functionality, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and user experience.
  • You will document business requirements, workflows, process maps, and user stories to support the successful delivery of digital marketing and technology projects.
  • You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate business needs into actionable project requirements and solutions.
  • You will coordinate project activities, timelines, testing efforts, and stakeholder communications to support the successful execution of website and marketing technology enhancements.
  • You will lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), validating functionality, data accuracy, and customer experience while identifying, documenting, and tracking issues through resolution.
  • You will partner with agencies, technology vendors, and development teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and implementation timelines.
  • You will support ongoing enhancements to lead capture, routing, nurturing, and reporting processes, helping drive continuous improvement across Dexcom's digital ecosystem.

Experience and Education Requirements:
