We’re currently hiring an Associate Market Clinical Director — a high-impact leadership role overseeing multiple centers, developing Clinical Directors, and driving clinical performance across a market. This is an ideal fit for a physician who enjoys coaching, operational leadership, and value-based care, while still maintaining a small patient panel.
⭐ Role: Associate Market Clinical Director
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite (no weekends or after hours)
Compensation: $320K+ base + 30% bonus + 20% LTIP (begins year 3)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & coach Clinical Directors and support center performance
- Oversee clinical outcomes, P&L contribution, growth, and culture
- Train and mentor PCPs, NPs, and new clinicians
- Participate in recruiting and clinical workforce development
- Build relationships with specialists, hospitals, payers, and community partners
- Support market-level quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar
- 2+ years clinical experience (3 preferred)
- Prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, population health, or value-based care
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
- Board Eligible (Board Certified preferred)
Compensation & Schedule
- $320,000+ base salary
- 30% annual performance bonus
- 20% LTIP (vesting begins year 3)
- Monday–Friday, onsite, no nights/weekends
- Only closed on actual holidays
