About the RoleAs an Associate Manager, you will help bring DoorDash's marketplace and product strategy to life through our largest restaurant partnerships. You'll own high-impact initiatives spanning product launches, growth strategies, commercial programs, and operational improvements while working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and regional business teams. You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Help shape and execute the growth strategy for one of DoorDash's largest restaurant partnerships by identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve both the customer and merchant experience.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across product launches, operational improvements, technical enhancements, commercial programs, and marketplace growth opportunities from planning through execution.
- Use data and business insights to identify growth opportunities, evaluate performance, and develop recommendations that drive adoption of DoorDash products and services.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to bring new capabilities and solutions to our restaurant partners.
- Support executive business reviews, strategic planning, and day-to-day partner engagement with clear communication and thoughtful analysis.
- Improve operational processes across technical integrations, reporting, menu optimization, marketing programs, and franchise or regional execution.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while helping coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams.
We're excited about you because...- You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, finance, partnerships, or another analytically rigorous and externally facing role.
- You enjoy solving ambiguous business problems and can independently turn ideas into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience using data to develop business recommendations. Experience with SQL is preferred.
- You are proficient with AI tools and use them thoughtfully to accelerate research, analysis, problem-solving, and execution - while applying strong judgment to validate outputs and maintain a high bar for quality.
- You have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You are an effective communicator and presenter who can build credibility with both internal teams and external partners.
- You are collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across a variety of functions to drive results.
- You have a bias for action and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
