Full Job Description
We're hiring an Associate Manager, MarketingCampaigns to support workforce-focused initiatives within the U.S. Department of Labor. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.

The Work

You will manage integrated communications and outreach activities from planning through execution and reporting. This includes applying market research and program data to inform campaign plans, coordinating multi-channel implementation across earned, owned, and paid media, and supporting strategic advertising placement.

The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor campaign performance, contribute to progress reporting, and recommend adjustments to optimize outreach effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of Department of Labor initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach integrated marketing campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across earned, owned, paid, and PSA
  • Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking to optimize message reach.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach
  • Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Supervise communications specialists and provide guidance across research, creative, and media activities.
  • Contribute to regular campaign performance reporting and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns (5MM+), communications and partnership and outreach programs.


Professional Skills

Job Location: This position is remote but requires you to be located in or near the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area (DMV) to attend occasional onsite client meetings. This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$81,147.00 - $137,949.00
