Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting Integration and play a pivotal role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Siemens world by implementing our global accounting standards & processes and delivering valuable insights to our management team.

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Senior Director of Accounting Integration. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What role will you play?
• Use your accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses including full consolidation, purchase price allocation, and policy alignment
• Serve as the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and a trusted partner that works in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more
• Partner with accounting hubs or central teams to handover tasks and provide transparency on the project after the integration activities come to an end
• With a passion for technology and change management, support the deployment of our SAP ERP system and other finance and reporting tools in the acquired entities
• Oversee the overall project success by focusing on the big picture, while also diving deep into day-to-day accounting and closing activities

• Display strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment, and excellent attention to detail

• Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex data sets, translate insights into clear action points, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies
• Showcase strong communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP and / or Netsuite
• Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
