What you will do - We have an opportunity for an
Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our
San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego or Costa Mesa, or fully Remote California locations!
You'll be a vital member of our team, with
hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development-including
handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks,
writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and
working with partners through trial. You'll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through
trial preparation and execution.This is a

RequirementsBasic Qualifications:- JD from accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in warranty defense preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment

Salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience.
