Infosys is seeking an Associate Lead to join its Global Immigration team. The role requires strong expertise in U.S. immigration processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The individual will support immigration audits, ensure adherence to compliance standards, manage vendor relationships, and consistently meet defined SLAs.

Location : Richardson, TX
This is a full-time, in-office position requiring on-site presence five days a week.
Key responsibilities include assisting F-1 students with Form I-983 completion to maintain CPT/OPT work authorization, ensuring alignment with DHS/SEVIS regulations, and handling Form I-20 processes. The role demands a solid understanding of immigration policies, consular procedures, and end-to-end compliance requirements.
Qualification
Basic - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
- Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel as needed

Preferred: - Immigration domain knowledge
- Vendor management.
- Supports Immigration team in order to achieve team growth
- Guide F-1 students on Form I-983 completion, enabling uninterrupted CPT/OPT work authorization
- Maintain high accuracy in immigration documentation and process execution
- Facilitate timely flow of information and data for reporting.
- Execute unit specific performance management framework
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
