Job Responsibilities- Supports integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution phases.
- Assists with analysis related to operating models, functional readiness, and transition requirements.
- Prepares schedules, analyses, and supporting materials for engagement deliverables.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support coordinated execution.
- Participates in internal working sessions and supports client requests as directed.
Minimum Qualifications- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Math, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Internship or experience in consulting, operations, or transaction-related roles.
Additional Role Expectations- Travel: Up to 40% locally and nationally.
- Peak Periods: Increased workload during post-close phases.
- Scheduling: Flexibility based on project timelines.

Compensation Range: $69,800 - $132,000
