Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work incoming access requests and provisioning queues
  • Perform privileged access creation and account provisioning across systems
  • Support Active Directory provisioning and access management tasks
  • Handle escalations from L2 (Wipro) for complex or failed requests
  • Review and validate work completed by offshore support teams
  • Execute database-related access tasks where there is current team need
  • Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities (including data analysis in spreadsheets)
  • Create and execute change tasks to support provisioning and cleanup efforts
  • Manage and ensure completion of work within defined SLAs
  • Support vaulting and credential management using tools like CyberArk or HashiCorp
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond quickly to critical issues
  • Collaborate across multiple leads and team members for workload and project work
  • Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot roadblocks, and escalate when needed


Basic Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience and certifications
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, or in network or information technology environments

Preferred Experience
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Active Directory
  • Identity & Access Management / Access provisioning experience
  • PowerShell and/or Python scripting
  • Basic cloud platform exposure (foundational knowledge)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills


Nice to Have Skills:
  • Automation experience
  • Development experience
  • Unix/Linux experience
  • Experience with CyberArk, HashiCorp, or similar privilege access tools
  • Database access provisioning or database environment experience
  • Experience working in SLA-driven, ticket/queue-based environments

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
