Full Job Description
Purpose Shape AbbVie's future by translating legal complexity into strategic opportunity. As an Associate General Counsel, you will provide high-level support across business functions and geographies, balancing risk with innovation. This role bridges the legal, policy, and operational worlds by driving informed decision-making, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building the readiness required to operate in an evolving global environment. Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives, including product development, market access, or international operations Interpret laws, policies, and enforcement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities. Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
