As a Project Manager within the US Operations Business Management team, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of regulatory, operational, technology, and business transformation initiatives across Commodities and Global Markets Operations. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, tracking key milestones, and ensuring successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Working across Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Front Office teams, you will facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance, and reporting while ensuring projects are delivered in a controlled and auditable manner. You will also support regulatory readiness, operational risk remediation, process improvement initiatives, and operating model enhancements that strengthen business outcomes.

- Experience in project management, business change, regulatory implementation, or operations delivery within financial services.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management, controls, governance frameworks, and audit-ready documentation practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of management reporting, governance materials, procedures, and project documentation.
- Experience identifying, managing, and escalating risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints while ensuring timely project execution.
Salary range for this position: $101,000 - $137,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
