Position Overview:
Will provide financial and operational support to an individual facility. Responsible for the financial operations of the entity including but not limited to monthly close, forecasting, productivity, budgeting, performance management, monthly operations reviews, certain revenue cycle activities and capital management.

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's: in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Master's: Preferred


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
  • 8 years recent relevant experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and revenue cycle functions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting / forecasting, productivity management, and operational finance.
  • Ability to build strong partnership with operation and key stakeholder.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare administration, finance, and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust curiosity.
  • Current on the trends and issues impacting the healthcare industry including but not limited to managed care, reimbursement, regulations, and laws.

Pay Range is $195,561.60 to $312,915.20 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
