This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.

The Enablement Systems, Digital Adoption Manager opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems, you'll own the digital experience across our GTM technology ecosystem. Your goal is to make it easier for sellers to learn, navigate, and use the tools they rely on every day.

You'll identify workflow friction, improve adoption, and recommend the right solution for the problem - whether that's WalkMe, AI, automation, enablement content, or changes to the underlying process.

WalkMe will be your primary platform, but you'll partner across our GTM systems to create a more connected and efficient experience for the field.

What you'll do
  • Own the digital adoption strategy across key GTM platforms, with WalkMe as the primary platform.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Business Technology, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Enablement to identify workflow friction and improve the seller experience.
  • Design and deliver in-app guidance, automation, and other adoption solutions that help users complete critical workflows faster and with greater confidence.
  • Evaluate business problems and recommend the right solution, whether through WalkMe, AI, process improvements, or other enablement technologies.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain WalkMe experiences across our GTM technology stack.
  • Use platform analytics and user feedback to measure adoption, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the experience.
  • Partner with platform owners to influence roadmaps, advocate for enhancements, and align adoption strategies across systems.
  • Conduct user experience (UX) research and qualitative field interviews to gather direct feedback from sellers, surfacing friction points to inform digital adoption solutions.
  • Develop standards and best practices for digital adoption that can scale across the organization.
  • Stay current on AI and digital adoption technologies and recommend new capabilities that improve field productivity.

What you'll bring to the role and what we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, digital adoption, learning technology, business systems, knowledge management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years building and administering WalkMe or another Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Experience improving user adoption across enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Clari, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Experience evaluating business problems and translating them into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to measure adoption and guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and manage competing priorities.
  • WalkMe Builder Certification

Additional Experience That We Value
