Job Title: Associate Event Operations Manager

Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Convention Operations, this role supports the success of internal and external stakeholders at global events

FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt

What you'll do
  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for teams within TPCi who need to have a presence at our events.
  • Gather, track, and communicate onsite needs including but not limited to badges and credentialing, catering, furniture, A/V, and tech equipment accurately and on-time. Ensure all needs are accounted for onsite.
  • Liaise with the President's office to arrange onsite needs for local and international executives.
  • Develop the catering plan for each event (feeding 1500+ people) and be the onsite POC for staff F&B.
  • Manage the onsite Show Management Office, including tracking inventory of radios, keys, etc. and acquiring needed supplies.
  • Manage merchant/exhibitor presence at TPCi events, end-to-end from application through execution.
  • Global travel to 4 events per year plus site visits as needed.

  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, utilizing formulas, pivot tables, and advanced tools to solve complex data challenges.
  • Experience with, or a desire to learn, AutoCAD.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $86,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year. The full range is $86,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
