About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Attorney to join our Estate Planning team. In this position, your role would be to meet with individuals and families who have expressed interest in estate planning services via the company's marketing efforts (you don't have to bring in your own clients). You would listen to their concerns, as well as their goals and objectives, and propose the best solution to help them achieve their objectives. You would guide them to make a decision to move forward with your proposed plan, collecting partial payment. Our paralegal team would draft the plan documents and you would lead any subsequent meetings with the clients to review the documents and make sure they understand and agree

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with prospective clients to recommend appropriate estate planning solutions (e.g., Asset Protection Trusts, Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney)
- Guide clients through the full planning process, including document review and execution
- Collaborate with paralegals to ensure timely and accurate document drafting
- Maintain accurate records and client communications using our internal systems
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Occasionally assist in team-building and professional development events

Schedule & Work Environment

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- This is an in-office role based in Naples, FL.
- Prioritize client facing meetings throughout the day

Ideal Candidate Profile

- A strong communicator who listens actively and explains complex concepts clearly
- Comfortable presenting estate plans and handling client questions or objections
- Able to follow structured consultation frameworks and maintain high closing rates
- Organized and tech-savvy, with familiarity in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat
- Professional, client-focused, and growth-oriented

Requirements

- Law degree and license to practice in Florida

-Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional law firm environment.

- Ability to engage new clients in initial consultations

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.)

- Willingness to undergo a background check

Compensation & Firm-Wide Benefits

-Competitive Salary - $100,000-$110,000

-Paid Twice Monthly - On the 7th and 21st.
