Job DescriptionAbout the role and team Uber Eats is looking for a sharp, highly motivated Associate Enterprise Partner Manager to join our Grocery & Retail (G&R) team. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our most strategic merchant partners, bridging the gap between their business goals and Uber's massive scale. You will work in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment where performance and operational excellence are non-negotiable, and your work directly impacts how millions of people access grocery and retail services every day.
Success here requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and relationship-building. This isn't a typical account management role; you will navigate deep ambiguity, manage complex data sets, and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to unlock growth. If you are a self-starter who values ideas over hierarchy, possesses an insatiable appetite for learning, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you must make smart decisions with imperfect information, this is where you will grow.
What you'll do - Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our strategic grocery and retail customers-not just managing a portfolio.
- Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock value for clients, serving as the go-to person to unblock processes across Product, Operations, and Legal.
- Bring your analytical A-game to build business models and perform deep-dive analyses that provide actionable insights and track the success of key growth initiatives.
- Drive and support key strategic initiatives across business teams, wearing many hats to help teammates and ensure we are driving toward the best possible outcome.
- Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently with enterprise partners and senior stakeholders, influencing without authority to align stakeholders on shared goals.
- Manage pipelines and partnership lifecycles with discipline, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on the big-picture strategic impact.
Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, partner management, customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Experience analyzing performance data and tracking multiple goals or KPIs.
- Experience supporting or leading contract renewals or commercial negotiations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in grocery, CPG, retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Ability to use data to influence decisions; SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus.
- Understanding of key commercial drivers, including growth, retention, and product adoption.
- Experience with partner launches, integrations, or joint business planning is a plus.
