Full Job Description
The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) will be responsible for Key Opinion Leader insight generation to inform and evolve brand strategy for the Renal Cell Carcinoma indication in the East region. He/she will collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities. The AD, TLL will partner with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiatives. The individual will collaborate with TLL peers and reports to the Executive Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, Pipeline Planning & Thought Leader Marketing Responsibilities: • Develop, own and execute key opinion leader engagement plans that deepen partnerships with key thought leaders and support business objectives • Drive strategic KOL engagement, translating insights and emerging trends into actionable recommendations that shape brand strategies • Attain cutting edge expertise with relevant data readouts, podium and medical congress outputs • Partner with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiatives • Lead speaker identification, product and compliance training, management of branded and unbranded programs as well as providing feedback to speakers to improve presentation effectiveness • Enable local/account level partnership with national, regional and emerging thought leaders • Support advisory boards with KOL identification, engagement, ad board deck development and logistics consistent with compliance policies • Face-to-face customer engagement is required to maximize customer impact • Collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities • Continue to cultivate a culture aligned to the breaking through behaviors, a growth mindset and continuous feedback • Collaborate with Alliance Partner colleagues to help distill and present combination product insights to alliance stakeholders Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology • 2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skills • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated commitment to Eisai's hhc mission and compliance • Significant travel required (~60%), including weekends • Creates opportunities for collaboration and establishing partnerships across the company • Rallies support effectively within team and with other departments when needed • Flags potential obstacles and proposes solutions to anticipated problems • Strong organizational skills and project management experience • Must have a valid driver's license #LI-CC As a condition of employment and an essential function of this field-based position, applicants must be able to engage in person with HCPs and other third parties at their offices, institutions and other appropriate locations on a regular basis. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
