Full Job Description
Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategic direction of a Semiconductor capital equipment portfolio and turn customer insight into profitable growth. You will lead the strategy development process across product lines, define portfolio and standardization priorities, and build scalable Services and Turnkey offerings. Working across Product Management, Operations, Sales, Engineering, Technology, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and factories, you will translate market signals into roadmaps, value propositions, business cases, and launch plans. Your work will help customers improve reliability, uptime, yield, automation, and total cost of ownership while helping the business focus resources on the opportunities with the greatest impact.

The preferred locations for this role are Chander, AZ and Allentown, PA. Other US EMD Electronics locations may also be considered.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
  • 10 or more years of experience in strategic marketing, upstream marketing, portfolio strategy, or offering management in complex B2B markets.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, competitive analysis, value chain analysis, and portfolio roadmap development.
  • Experience translating customer and market insights into value propositions, investment business cases, pricing strategy, or go to market plans.
  • Experience leading cross functional strategy, product development, commercialization, or portfolio initiatives with senior stakeholders, supported by strong executive communication and structured problem solving.
  • Experience using financial modeling methods for ROI , together with business intelligence dashboards or similar tools, to track performance, and measure KPI's, to drive results.
  • AI literacy, including understanding AI concepts and limitations, practical applications and decision making implications, and responsible use considerations such as bias, fairness, privacy, governance, and accountability.


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, high reliability, or capital equipment markets.


US Base Pay Range for this position - $166,900 - $250,300

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
