We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and shape our real estate-focused project support initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in property management and financial analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, ranging from low-to-mid-level responsibilities to higher-level strategic initiatives within our firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding or quick ability to grasp our work, with a background in real estate operations or finance preferred. Approximately 40% of the role involves on-site management of properties, requiring hands-on operational oversight. Our clients are typically experiencing a significant disruption and need expert advice, quickly. These disruptions can manifest as a crisis, or an opportunity. During these critical times, our clients look to us to provide a steadying hand for the best outcome. Job Responsibilities 3 Support in real estate project management and financial analysis. 3 Develop and implement comprehensive financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment strategies. 3 Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, operational assessment reports, and client presentations. 3 Conduct due diligence for complex transactions and provide strategic recommendations. 3 Collaborate closely with senior management and client stakeholders to achieve project goals. 3 Manage on-site property operations and optimize operational efficiencies. 3 Drive process improvements and operational excellence across projects. 3 Maintain a strong focus on project timelines, deliverables, and budget management. 3 Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures. 3 Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. 3 Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate management, or related fields. 3 Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and mentor a team. 3 Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. 3 Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering superior results. 3 Willingness to travel occasionally as required by client engagements. 3 Should be motivated, demonstrate a high degree of energy, and be a self-starter; someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and who takes initiative to get the job done 3 Must have the ability to multi - task, often in a time pressured urgent environment 3 Excellent financial, analytical and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills and proven capabilities to support project teams 3 Highest ethical standards and credibility.
