Provides expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of strategic business initiatives, analytics, reporting, and recognition programs. Works across BMO to deliver project and program outcomes that support business growth, sales professional performance, and enterprise objectives.

  • Leads the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of advisor growth and performance metrics, including net new assets for Investment Advisors and Investment Counsellors. Provides insights and recommendations to inform business strategy, support performance management, and leads year-end adjustment processes.
  • Oversees the governance, qualification, tracking, and reporting of achievement and recognition programs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to established controls.
  • Develops executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence to support strategic planning, business reviews, and leadership decision-making.
  • Conducts competitive analysis and leverages benchmarking tools and industry data sources, including PriceMetrix, to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Partners with Wealth Management leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into recommendations that enhance sales professional productivity, business growth, and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensures data integrity, governance, and consistency across performance measurement, business intelligence, benchmarking, and recognition program reporting.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing specialized analytical, technical, and consulting support to inform decision-making and resolve complex business issues.
  • Leads and supports strategic initiatives, operational programs, and change management activities, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships across business groups, driving collaboration, influencing outcomes, and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exercises sound judgment, independent problem solving, and risk-based decision making in accordance with BMO's Risk Management Framework, policies, and governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management performance metrics, including Net New Assets (NNA), productivity, and growth measurement methodologies.
  • Broad knowledge of BMO products, services, and organizational structure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and/or financial services industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency and business acumen acquired through education and practical experience.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization, dashboard development, business intelligence, reporting tools, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple business groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support data-driven decision-making and strategic business planning.

Salary:

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
