Overview

As an Associate Director, Product Strategy, you will help our clients define and deliver their product roadmap in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcome for our customers.

As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers and senior management to guide products through to fruition and help teams build and enhance successful products that deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Define product features and own the end-to-end development of complex workstreams, including problem framing, opportunities shaping, backlog management, development stages, and pilot & rollout planning.
  • Transform analysis into direction and outcomes, influencing brands, team members, and clients while driving transformation from outputs (projects) to outcomes (products) and adopting a product mindset focused on speed, quality, and value.
  • Document user stories with acceptance criteria, conduct backlog grooming, and establish a prioritization model rooted in the organization's market differentiation and strategic themes.
  • Strategize with Analytics, Data Science, and T&T teams, analyze customer feedback and data to identify important issues, and implement learnings to optimize product and operations.
  • Collaborate with Creative, UX, Dev, Solutioning, and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, etc.) through design, development, and testing of concepts and product features leveraging integrated fast learning cycles.
  • Assist QE with test case definitions, partner with Customer Research teams to generate objective evidence, and leverage data-driven decision tools and methods.
  • Co-ordinate with Scrum Master on release scope definition and sprint planning, monitor and report product performance against established KPIs/OKRs, and obtain client approval on stories.
  • Experience in the Automotive sector is a significant advantage, with prior experience in Agile principles, methodologies, and tools being essential.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for presenting to and communicating with key client stakeholders, as well as building strong relationships and fostering product thinking.
  • Assume the role of the executive client's trusted advisor, delivering strategic insights and driving innovative strategies to improve business performance, consumer engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of client relationships and new business on assigned accounts, manage delivery teams, and drive business unit KPIs while aligning with vision, business needs, and requirements.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, UX, and Analytics
  • Experience using data and analytics tools and well-developed intuitions for leveraging data and analytics in generating objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • A track record of having effectively managed product roadmaps, writing clear and specific product requirement documents, collaborating with user-experience on product design and having worked in a cross-cultural, geographically distributed team
  • Knowledge and practical experience of lean-Agile transformation frameworks such as Scales Agile Framework (SAFe), Design Thinking tools including customer Journey Mapping and Service Design


Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools
  • Business and digital strategy experience
  • Identifying organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $112,290 - $153,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
