The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Premium Administration, this position owns the Premium Audit function end-to-end, leads cross functional initiatives, and delivers the reporting and analytics infrastructure required for data driven decision-making. The Associate Director translates strategic direction into operational outcomes, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across audit, projects, and reporting.

What you will do:

Own the Premium Audit function end-to-end, including audit standards, methodology, scheduling, and quality control.

Ensure audit accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of complex audit disputes.

Establish and maintain escalation criteria for audit findings and outcomes.

Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and proactively escalate risks and dependencies to identify audit defects faster and

Drive automation opportunities to increase audit capabilities, flag variances and create guardrails for premium application and reconciliation.

Develop premium calculation tools to assist with client education and partner with L&D to enhance training programs for internal partners

What you will bring with you:
  • 5+ years of managerial experience within Group Insurance
  • Results-driven leader with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and deploying scalable solutions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and delivering measurable demonstrated business outcomes
  • Proficient in enterprise systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools; strong understanding of insurance products, premium lifecycles, and related accounting impacts
  • Highly effective communicator and people leader with a proven ability to build trust, develop and coach teams, translate complex financial and operational concepts, and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Capable of independently leading initiatives and directing staff in alignment with role scope

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business. We are dedicated to creating a work environment where everyone is rewarded for their contributions. Salary Range: $84,200 - $126,300
