The PMX Lift practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement.
To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is expanding its Measurement Platforms capability to support scalable data pipelines, semantic layer development, governed metric access, and internal tools that improve the speed, consistency, and trustworthiness of measurement delivery. We are seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of measurement platform initiatives and ensure strong execution across cross-functional teams.
This role will partner closely with Measurement Platform leadership to translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans, guide Supervisors and senior contributors, and help operationalize scalable standards across analytics, engineering, reporting, planning, and activation stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities- Lead a portfolio of measurement platform initiatives across data pipelines, semantic models, governed metrics, internal tools, and reporting enablement.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans, milestones, dependency maps, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams.
- Guide Supervisors, Specialists, and Analysts in execution, ensuring work is appropriately scoped, sequenced, documented, and delivered to standard.
- Own quality, consistency, and adoption outcomes across assigned platform workstreams, including validation frameworks, governance practices, and stakeholder readiness.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure platform solutions are technically feasible, operationally scalable, and aligned with business measurement requirements.
- Evaluate tradeoffs across speed, quality, scalability, and stakeholder needs; escalate risks and decisions with clear recommendations.
- Drive standardization of metric definitions, data workflows, documentation practices, and repeatable delivery patterns across PMX Lift Measurement Platforms.
- Support roadmap planning by identifying dependencies, resourcing needs, sequencing considerations, and opportunities for automation or reuse.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, decisions, and business impact in a clear and practical manner.
- Develop team capability by coaching managers and senior individual contributors on stakeholder communication, quality standards, and operating discipline.
QualificationsQualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-9+ years of experience in analytics, data platforms, measurement, data engineering, or related fields.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Experience managing or coaching team leads or senior individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of advertising measurement, advanced TV, digital media, campaign analytics, or related data-driven measurement domains.
- Strong SQL proficiency and practical understanding of Python-based data processing, automation, or analysis workflows.
- Experience working with Git-based collaboration workflows and cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or similar environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable platform requirements, operating models, and delivery plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and summarize tradeoffs for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, governance, standardization, and adoption across teams.
- Strong judgment, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with competing business needs.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
