Butler, PA - Full-Time, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Associate Director, Personal Care serves a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the operational excellence, regulatory compliance, quality of care, and financial performance of the organization’s Personal Care communities. This position provides leadership and oversight for all personal Care operations across three licensed Personal Care buildings and serves as the licensed Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) for Benbrook Place.
Licensed personal care community with accommodations for 29 individuals needing more support with activities of daily living. Located near the Benbrook Medical Center Complex in Butler, PA. Comfortable and home-like environment offering a person-centered approach to care.
The Associate Director, Personal Care Working closely with the Executive Director, the Associate Director helps implement organizational strategy, develops leadership talent, fosters a culture of resident-centered service, and ensures compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations governing Personal Care Homes.
Qualifications
Associate Director, Personal Care qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field.
- Prefer Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or Life Plan Community and experience with multi-state healthcare operations.
- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare operations.
- Current Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license or ability to obtain/maintain licensure.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple departments or multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania personal Care Home regulation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
