- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, families, and community stakeholders
- Conduct initial assessments and screenings for new residents

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:- Previous Experience as an Admissions Director preferred
- 2-5 years of LTC experience in admissions, healthcare, marketing
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare, ability to manage insurance
- Good communication skills
